Please complete the returns form below before returning anything to us. We will then email you a pre-paid postage label (UK only – outside of UK, you must pay for the return postage). You just need to pack your game carefully in a box and send it back to us. Please make sure that your game and all the parts are included and are in perfect condition.

👍 We offer a 100 day satisfaction guarantee for products purchased directly from our website. If you are not 100% happy with your Epic Escapes purchase within 100 days of placing your order, we’ll give you a free return shipping label and give you a refund or replacement.
