The only requirements are:
- You tell us why you’re not happy.
- You give us to chance to make you happy.
- You return the game back in excellent condition.
If the box or any components are damaged or missing, then we will have to make deductions from the refund. (Don’t worry, the writable components don’t count.)
If any of the components in your Epic Escapes game are not working or faulty, then please get in touch and we can send you out a replacement part.
