This escape room in a box pack includes everything you need to set up and play the three included interactive and immersive Epic Escapes games.
Please note, these are not board games, they are immersive and interactive escape rooms in a box that allow you to create and play an escape room at home. You will use the clues, puzzles and riddles in each game to work out the codes needed to make your escape. But, the clock will be ticking and your team has just 60 minutes to get out. I was given this game as a gift. We have managed to play one so far the intermediate. We enjoyed being able to play at home, my brother managed to set it up well for us. It was fun and a challenge, but at least we did manage to escape!
I don’t leave many reviews, but genuinely these escape room games are great. I set them up - really easy to do - for a 13,14 and 15 year old to do at different stages over a Christmas and it kept them properly engrossed and engaged…the first one they managed with just 2 mins to go with a tiny bit of help. The tension nearly killed them!

Escape Room In A Box – FAQs
Our escape rooms are suitable for 3-6 players, including one person who will be the host (gamemaster). It is possible to play our escape rooms with fewer people – some customers have even managed to play solo! However, for the best experience, we recommend a minimum of 3 players (incl one gamemaster).
Each Epic Escapes escape room have a 60 minute time limit. Of course, if your group has not escaped within 60 minutes, feel free to give them extra time if you’re feeling nice!
The host sets up the game and hides all of the components around the room. This is a surprisingly fun aspect of playing! Then, once the game begins, the host can either leave the players to it or participate by helping with the hint cards and being the gamemaster.

Yes! Each of our escape rooms can be played multiple times with different groups of people. The same group of players cannot play the same room twice (as they’d already know the answers).
All our games include detailed, clear instructions on how to set the game up and full explanations of the solutions.We recommend setting up 24h before you wish to play, so that you can get in touch with us if you have any questions.
We do not recommend the host also tries to escape. The host can either leave the players to escape by themselves, or the host can take on a gamemaster role and deliver hints via our hint card system.
Children can definitely participate, however the game is designed for adult player difficulty levels. Remember, if you need help, try using the hint cards!
